I didn’t know you could enter the Arena

People already noticed that the Arena, located in the Arena District of Quarterstone is currently closed with NPCs telling us something about PeP-related doping. A pseudo lore explanation, but well I guess it’s okay. Anyway you can simply go past those NPCs and walk into the door, and you’ll be zoning into the Arena itself.
You’ll first be on the outer rim and the entrance to one of the tribunes shouldn’t be to hard to find. I’d be extremely awesome to be able to watch others fight inside the Arena as part of the end game. But for that we’ll have to wait for anyone actually to reach the max. lvl. Personally I don’t know anyone but some few players even having reached lvl30+
Kelas, the German CM stated in an interview he gave to an German gaming network that not only are different pvp modes planned but he talked about PVP-Arenas. See that s at the end? We’re going to see at least two of them. I can only hope it will not result in some of these endlessly boring WoW battlegrounds. It’s fun the first 50 times, but then it gets old and you don’t want to see any more druids coming with coloured trails out their arse.
I made a couple of screenshots of my visit to the Arena and they’re probably worth more than words.

Yeah i entered the arena today make a couple of fight with guildies, it was pretty fun, and so hard to reach you opponents
Because there is no safe fight mode we stopped the match when we reached 15/10% of life ( sneaky Bleeding) ^^

Wait, can you actually fight free for all in the Arena or did you fight guild mates from different High Houses?
What did you think about the background music in there? It’s awesome, isn’t it? I just would love a couple of NPCs in there. I could even imagine some NPCs selling food in there, like in a real stadium.

The ambiance is like a stadium, with the crowd who yell at the gladiators ( without a crowd, strange
), but yeah it is awesome, i hope Silver House will open it soon.
And i fighted guildies frow my own House ( Shroud ), we were not grouped so it’s really FFA in it.

Wow, that’s really nice, I think I will lure a couple of guild mates in there myself then. Well, I’ve to admit that I hope that at least PvP on a voluntary level, like duels or the arena for instance could be made PeP independent so you won’t lose any PeP-Rank when you die.
I’m fine if it stays this way in the wild, so you really have to choose your battles.

An Event on French PvE server, including arena fights is scheduled so, we will see if we can run a stres-test of the Server ^^
